Tasks and objectives of the Follow-up Division

* Implementing of the Ministry's directives regarding follow-up work (university security) and circulating them to colleges and institutes.

*Following up and implementing the directives and instructions of the Dean of the College.


* Overseeing the maintenance of security and order within the university campus

* Following up the assignment of follow-up officials to colleges and institutes.

* Field visits to follow-up units and divisions in colleges and institutes

* Coordination with the Protection Force and the security forces responsible for protecting the area to increase security fortification

* Approaching the military authorities to secure protection for the committee to receive the employees’ salaries monthly

*Following up the work of inquiries and ensure that their records are kept

* Holding periodic meetings for follow-up officials to discuss developments related to their work

* Following up and ensuring the necessary protection for celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences

* Coordinating with the Director of the internal departments regarding approaching the references to secure the necessary protection for the internal departments

* Follow-up complaints of employees, auditors and students
